Welcome to my blog – which will feature tons of healthy recipes, wellness info and tips together with a few lifestyle posts mixed in here and there to keep things interesting 🙂
I’m very new at this; it all seems Chinese to me at this point! But bear with me and the mediocrity of my first few posts and I promise to share all that I’ve learnt throughout my ongoing studies in Holistic Nutrition, healthier cooking and a balanced happy life.
My intention is to share my passion & struggles to hopefully help and inspire anyone who needs a little encouragement and nudge in the right direction and for anyone who finds the wellness world overwhelming, complicated and misleading.
My passion is cooking good food that’s good for you; it’s about taking whole ingredients and turning them into something amazing with simple cooking techniques and a ton of experimentation with interesting ingredients.
In future posts, I’ll share a lot more about what made me formally study the science of nutrition, why I’m doing this and why I’m trying to take the leap from business to wellness.
